TEENS USUALLY GET 90 PERCENT OF MEDICINAL MARIJUANA

Here is a warning to parents of teenagers in Windsor.

I see where we now have two shops in Windsor that sell medical
marijuana. I saw this happen in California.

About one-tenth of the marijuana sold goes to helping people with
medical problems. The other 90 percent goes to recreational use and
it's usually teenagers that end up with it. When you find your
teenager stoned on pot you can blame "medical marijuana" and don't
let anyone tell you different. It is a gateway drug (leads to other drugs).

So, Windsor, prepare for an enormous increase in stoned-out kids
driving around the town.

I don't understand why our town gives out these permits.
