THE WAR ON DRUGS DOES NOT WORK
Bravo, Andrew Hanon! Thank you for covering the conference on harm
reduction, in light of the Conservative government's get-tough plans.
Why can't Canada have our own drug laws, instead of playing
follow-the-leader with the U.S.? When are these politicians going to
open their eyes to the fact that the war on drugs does not work? Why
is the government so opposed to harm reduction, when clearly that is
one of the only effective ways to deal with drug abuse?
