ARCHAIC PROHIBITION

President Bill Clinton, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, President
Barack Obama and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps have shown us that
marijuana users are capable of great contributions to the American
culture -- as long as they are not burdened with felony convictions.
How much money is being wasted on law enforcement, incarceration and
lost tax revenues by preserving this archaic, puritanical prohibition?
