STUDENTS ON DRUGS SHOULD PAY PENALTY

The spokesman at Wymondham College, Chris Sayer, said the drugs project
aimed to give all the students all the available information about drugs,
so they can make their own choices.

We should not condone stupidity in students going to college or university.

If random drug testing was to be used and proved positive they should have
the privilege of higher education taken away.

The "choices" should be simple: not to take drugs, or lose the privilege.

As to correspondence in the Evening News which makes the statement:
"Cannabis is a plant, not a drug", why not say "Deadly nightshade is a
plant, not a poison."

If you are silly enough to smoke the first and stupid enough to swallow the
second then, surprise surprise, they then become a drug and a poison.
