Or Doctor -> Trazadone. I haven't experienced Clonazepam but I've heard horror stories. I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder two years ago due mainly to Insomnia, They prescribed me Trazadone which is non-addictive. When I am on a normal sleep schedule I can stop taking them, when I start feeling the slightest bit of anxiousness creeping up I can start them again. The dosage is also much less than other treatments.
