it is difficult, yeah...i moved down to a caribbean island not too long ago for work, and after a couple months i couldn't handle it anymore....people love the caribbean for vacation, but it is a VERY slow paced life, something a city person like me isn't used to. i got so bored.

i have a friend thats currently living in tokyo...and he loves it...he can speak the language fluently though already.

and another friend of mine actually lived in tokyo for YEARS and when she came back to canada she had hard time getting used to here....it was a culture shock reversed, heh.
