Okay, so I don't know you and I don't know anything about your party, but I'm throwing in my 2 cents: 3810 was NOT a great venue, but a convenient one. Personally, if you're going to be throwing a horror-esque themed event I'm sure you can scour the city for a more suitable venue than 3810 St-Patrick. It just requires the promoter to not be lazy.

It's sad that it burned down, I really mean it. But I personally will not miss it.
