ya but if not a city hall try at the court house they have a permit dep too so check there as well

but the court house will send you in the right direction ask at info there great there. i was a bike courier for many years so i know what your looking for and where to ask.

go to city hall but go to the permits deparment and ask for a buskers permit not shure on spelling
