I have the Flu... Mad style...god damn virusus...god damn it...I'm trying hard to get over it...Tilanol cold and Flu, exercise, green tea, carrots, vitamin C, water, jus, sleep, sweat...I've done it all.....AHHHHH...Unwelcomed visitors !!!

Anyhow, I will try to crawl there if I have to. With my camera of course...to take some pictures of peoples shoes while I crawl (lots of different shoes means lots of people came and had fun :) )

Although it is true that Estrogen affects the brightness of your skin as well as a lot of other factors, there is however no way of testing the full levels of estrogen found in each person.
Specialy by testing it through mesuring your urin...

that's why a blood test is done for pregnant women for better accuracy.
This blood test will normaly show levels reaching up to 4-5 times the normal estrogen levels in which case it is a definite sign that someone is pregnant...

However, fo a normal individual, even a blood test won't be able to determin the exact levels because estrogen is also found in muscle tissue as well, which is very hard to mesure.
In fact, that is precisely the reason why doctors are not able to prescribe the proper levels of birth control pill to specific individuals (it's based on trials starting at the lowest level, which 10 years ago used to be way higher then it is now)...

There are various foods that can help increase estrogen levels but if you're not pregnant or on menopose it can lead to hormone inbalance and cause more problems then beauty ...

My advice, beauty is not worth fucking up with your hormone system ...

you can't have the good in life without the bad...you gotta smell shit to appreciate the smell of a rose...

That's what obese people say when they can't stop eating....

You can be addicted to anything...dugs , food, sugar, whatever...it doesn't have to be an addictive substance but it will become addictive if you abuse it...the long term affects of an addiction is generaly bad...
I guess you don't have to worry about what your addiction does to you or others as long as you don't care about having anyone in your life that cares about you.

Yeah, you first start because you're curiouse, like 10 years back...
then you start liking it a lot... then you do it because it lets you escape a little... then you're smoking only to fall asleep at night.
Next thing you know you're smoking every day and night and even more when you're going out...you're now Insomniac, easily Agitable specialy the day after you've smoked even more...Enxiety levels are always high...you're depressed, demotivated, much more sensitive and you weren't so out of control before you became all cronic and shit...
You try to quit but it fucks you up more...so you start to smoke more to calm yourself down, to help you nap and sleep, to help you escape your guilt about smoking more..to help you shit...to help you eat...to help you get by a hard day at work, to help you be prepared for a stressful or nervous moment...to help you socialize and hide your fears better...to help you get by your depression better...to help you feel like you can depend on something that will ease the pain whithout needing to express it to a human ...
You spend all your money, your place stinks like shit, you don't have the capacity to be there for yourself so nevermind being there for someone else. you ask for sympathy and understanding for something that's your own doing...you blame it on the world for making it harder on your soul... you're a wreck inside... even if you're a success on the outside ....

It's not a drug you say, it's just a grass you say, it's stupid to even go to rehab for weed you say, it's not addictive you say, it's in your mind you say, you deny the effects it has on you while the outside world keeps cheering for you.....
if only the world would stop, it would make it easier on you....

I think it's all about personal choices and it's never to late to change your point of view about something...
I've never alowed myself to be addicted to anything even though I've tried a fare share of all kinds of drugs when I was younger...
I'm happy to say that I don't take anything and I'm much more confident now within myself to not even need to get that fucked up to feel like I'm having a good time....
A man of will is capable of acheiving anything no matter how weak he/she is to begin with......But he can't do it himself if that will is affected by something else...

oh boy, I have work today from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm then I have my work christmas party from 6:00 pm to 12:00 pm at the Sofitel where the theme is to dress up like it's 1940's and drink a lot, then I gotta go home and get ready for TeeBee from 2:00 am 'till morning....that's like being awake for 24 hours.....I can do this....I will do this....I will make it .... :)

(Not sure what happened with my post here again. First off, I have been raving since 1997 so the 24 hour thing is not a novelty for me. I have managed to have a full time job and party on weekends specially friday and saturday and take sunday to relax for long enough time to know how. Also, I have not done any hard drugs since I even started having full time jobs in a field that required my brain to be on the balancing and memory requiring all the time. Finally, I don't need to use such words like I can do this, I will do this, I will make it for something like this when it doesn't require confidence to stay up and party when raves usually went on for 12 hours back then and this is a post from 2004. However, I did do the office job and kept the parties for the weekends only. But that's Montreal, weekdays are usually busy with work or school and not much is happening otherwise so people work hard and play hard)
