i agree with ze ev, its not about her looks. She can't eat or breathe on her own, and she can't speak. She'll spend most of her youth in and out of the OR. Plus there's the stigma of living your entire life looking as that kid in the video said "disgusting." Not many ppl are going to recieve her weill even if she's a sweety. Actually most people were doing quite fine. The people in Sri Lanka were sustaining themselves as simple merchants and fishermen and many of the other people were supported by the tourism industry, working in hotels as maids, barmen, tour guides, etc. Please justify how millions of uprooted people and orphaned children is a blessing.
