that's back in 2004 when i was trying out dreamweaver for a few weeks. I use EmEditor and i don't code like that anymore.

Yuck WinXP's style... worst... tables and for some reasons I'm guessing it's there for design... it's called divs, css and web standards!!! EDIT: I forgot to bitch about dreamweaver... Real programmers use text editors!
