Aren't we entering the worst time of the year ?

Holidays gone, back to school or work
Its freakin cold out there
Montreal-stylez winter ; dirty dark snow and cars ...and cold and cold ...and cold winds ...
And people all going depressed ,...
Short days, not alot of light - sun ...

3 months left of that ...dammit ...

When you're not into skiing-snowboarding or any wintertime sport ; its the most depressive period possible ...

I'm actually feeling really good around this time of year. I find season depression is usually at its worst when the days start to get shorter, and the snow starts to fall.

The days are slowly getting longer now, which is at least one thing to look forward to.

Go get hammered and go toboganning, that's always an upper.

yeah, you cant sit on yr ass all winter, that will only contribute to feeling down.

Working out, keeping busy, keeping on your feet -- is important.

or you can watch the news and realize your life is really good. I know that's why i watch the news. I endulge on the misfortune of others and the news profits of it. It's a wonderful symbiotic relationship we have.

fuck seasonal depression, its a waste of time.

go out for a walk, get some fresh air, do something with yourself. dont sulk and wallow in self-pity.
