Best Thing After A Rave

| For me i have to eat something aftyer a rave due to the fact that i use up soo much energy dancing my fat ass off on the dance floor. The problem that most of you..or i might be wrong is the idera of eating something does not appeal to you. Well grab one of these and kill that bad taste of drinking water all night long and get some much needed fuel to help with recovery.
by the way it does not have to be ensure...just and example.
