I'm gonna start up again..
but I'm talking like 5:30am so I have time to shower before school and for the record, the main reason I'm doing this is because I need the energy it'll produce |

I flex it at UQAM sport center
membership is riduclous and you get: a running track, pool, any court for any sport, (except cricket and hockey), gym, trampoline (jizz), + you don't have to endure muscle freaks that hang out at gyms. (well maybe some health nerds that turn out big) it's like a student guilty conciousness reunion. You hear pain screams everywhere and ppl laughing cause they haven't done anything ever and now are getting back to reality when they reach University... It's great! |

I wouldn't jog right before you plan to go to bed
because jogging (obviously) increases your heart rate so you won't be able to fall asleep at least for a good hour. |

pilattteeeeeeeeesssss weeeeeeeeee
then straight to the tanning bed as soon as im healthy i perfer cross trainers instead of hard impact running - fucks with the knees. cardio machines like that are low impact on your joints. |

Exercising is a waste of time. i did it for 6 months and didnt lose or gain any weight, nor gain any muscle mass.
My new diet has helped me lose 6 lbs in one month. I call it the powder diet. Slim fast for breakfast, slim fast for lunch, a healthy snack and a vial of ketamine for dinner. BEST DIET EVER!! |

exercise makes people more energetic, and happier, which is also a plus side to it.
even if you're not losing weight, gaining weight, or gaining muscle mass, its still beneficial to your body in many ways. also, the more exercise done now, will contribute to your well-being as you increase in age. |

They gym I just joined (the new Body Fitness)offers pilates as part of the aerobic courses. I can't wait to try!!
I also started buying Soymilk and more vegetarian stuff to eat a lil healthier. Cut down on fats and stuff. Jeff, I'm sorry to ask, but did u really give it your all in the gym? Like total dedication? For example: Rooney was a skinny lil fart and he totally buffed up a lot but he went religiously. You've gotta give it your all. (nice powder diet tho, hehe) And Kira, the treadmills have built in fans so you can keep extra cool. And places to put your water bottle and disk-man. Holy shit, work out to VNV Nation, best work out ever!!! |
