Ottawa - 1 HOUR LIVE VIRTUAL DRUM PA!!! : In a possibly unprecedented move the S.S.U.N. crew have confirmed one of Ottawa's biggest hidden talents to grace a drum kit. This man will litterally deliver one hour of kicking hard techno from his actual Roland V-Drum kit! Armed with nothing but two drum sticks he will keep everyone on their feet with their jaws open, in the heart of the night. DON'T MISS this rare performance! /_ LUNARIS LIVE (S.S.U.N.) Ottawa : After making his mark at the June show, Meeting of Minds, he's upped the anti with his month off work to provide everyone a solid performance of the best of his hard psytek and some new unheard full on psytrance!! Take left two lights up at St Joseph Blvd. Turn left just before 2nd lights (Orleans Blvd). Left side of plaza in front of Pizza Hut. Bussing Directions : 95 Orleans to Jean D'Arc, follow driving directions. After 12:30 the 95 Baseline passes along St Joseph so you can leave by bus with ease until 2:30 or so. *************************** -Ressonance starts at midnight to reduce conflict with Urbanfest, there may be a 2nd shuttle leaving directly from it! - Take HWY 417 EAST towards Montreal (veer right at HWY 417/17 split) (or from MONTREAL - take hwy 40 west which changes to HWY 417 WEST) -Take Exit #88 (Vars Exit) -Turn LEFT on ROCKDALE ROAD after off-ramp (turn opposite direction from hotel, if you pass Casey's you are going the WRONG way, turn around) (or from MONTREAL - turn right on ROCKDALE ROAD after off-ramp) -Continue down Rockdale until you see an (unlit) Sunny's Gas station on the right, turn RIGHT at that corner onto RUSSLAND ROAD (1-2mins) -Continue down Russland road all the way to the end, you will come to a T junction, take a LEFT on SAUMURE ROAD (may be called INDIAN CREEK ROAD if Mapquest is outdated), following the sign to go towards Bourget (no, its not at the bourgetel) -SAUMURE ROAD will continue for a very short period of time, after which it will veer left, but you also have the option to KEEP STRAIGHT on INDIAN CREEK ROAD, do that. This road will become gravel before the next turn, but not long after that. -Look for a LEFT on a small, narrow gravel road called GRANT ROAD -Try to drive all the way to the gate and see if there's still parking at the venue itself, if its full, go back and park anywhere on GRANT ROAD, there are clearings on the right side, please DO NOT park on Indian Creek Road You have arrived! |

just the live PAs!! anyone ever seen a hard techno set entirely conducted on a v-drum kit before?? me neither, except at a house party a few years back, and it was this same guy! (Relapse).. he is hard to get to play but we got him!! I will be happy to play my new live PA also.. hoping to play some montreal parties in the future. hey can we upload flyers here?? |

i think they might be doing something in october not too sure yet but it'll be sweet. gotta love the FAK style!!! yah it was a good party all around, power went down too many times during my PA, Nhan played great, cops showed up early but then they let us party, in fact they ordered us to! they were like "if you don't turn on that music RIGHT NOW we are shutting this down" hahahaha seriously |
