| the real electro isn't really dead, it was never big anyways.....I'm not talking about the old electro-funk vibe. I'm talking about what electro eveolved into.....stuff from like Dave Clarke, The Advent etc....it now unsualy sounds like a Techno remix in broken beats. What people call "electro-breaks" when it actually came before "electro-tech" and "electroclash" or whatever people call electro nowadays (btw, electroclash isn't a style of music, it's the name of a festival in NY). This whole I love Neon vibe came in after. So there is not really such a thing as electro-breaks...that's what electro is.
When you (and by that of course I mean; IF YOU EVER) buy Techno records, it's not rare to have an electro track on it. It's common practice and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. Electro is usualy (and I wrote USUALY not always) a B side track type of thing....
but yeah, you can all tell me that electro is Tiga and Dj Hell and the whole international Gigolos crew and I Love Neon and every one else says it is so if the majority wins, I'm wrong....but I know what I'm talking about, I was listening to electro waaaaay before Tiga stop trainwrecking Techno records at SONA. |

| Dead? what?! I see mofos "Electroclashers" on St-Laurent everyday so the fashion it sure isn't dead...music wise, I think that it'll end really die, it sounds way to good at fashion shows and it has such a attachement to cocaine (80's) which I don't see cocaine going away.
