there is this wonderful invention, it's called the internet, you can use it to find things out...
but if you must have me do this, right to work is basically the great misnomer, it should be 'right to wage slavery' basically it come down to the following: In right to work states the employer can't be compelled to implement what's called 'check off' which is to say that the employer can't be legally forced to collect and then transfer the union dues to the union account in a settled way. relevant laws are: the wagner act [ en.wikipedia.org ] taft hartley act [ en.wikipedia.org ] more info about right to work laws [ en.wikipedia.org ] also worth a look is the davis bacon act which is also under attack.
