 Coolness: 93500 | I`m having problems with ur mother right now. Maybe their related? Like I have trouble getting inside sometimes cuz the wait is just so long. I just keep waiting and waiting. And there when I finally get in there, I have trouble getting off sometimes cuz I`m never satisfied enough, you know? And sometimes i`m in there forever, just cuz i Have nothing better to do.
I know fb is installing a music sharing or dl service soon, so perhaps that has to do with it. |

dude, seriously, FB has major issues and always has - as far as I can tell since I've been on it - this isn't news! They keep changing the interface slightly (and usually for the worse), more n' more ads, group pages are annoyingly fucked now, the notifications are totally wonky and FUBAR these days, the roles of fan pages vs. ppl pages vs. group pages is all mixed up, it's slow, it's stupid, we're constantly flooded with events (even though I do events too, I feel terrible spamming, and really fb event-invites feel like as if you're leaving a club and there are 3 dozen ppl trying to give you flyers all at the same time), and finally this so-called 'social network' is making ppl socially lazy, imho. FB would be much more interesting and efficient if it didn't constantly change its features, wasn't a mecca for advertising, and wasn't seen as being so important in the eyes of its users. It has it's positives, but those are slowly fading out in the shadow of all the negatives ... |

I was more talking about some "site congested" messages and shit like that tho. But yeah, fb is doing a piss poor job at pretty much everything. Especially the chat app. It really is dumb, pi ça marche tout croche (kan ça marche...). |

Then i did the same you did, switching fromm ff to srware (chromium source code) to try it. And i love it too, much faster, and about 20% lighter on RAM consumption =) Only thing tho, there's not a lot of add-ons. But add-ons make the browser heavier, and i'm not that much of an add-on guy. The adblocker add-on is worth it for me so far. I just love how pop-ups are plain green, instead of pokerstars bullshit. C ma façon dme crisser d'eux avec leurs tbk de pubs. Ya pu d'annonces sur fb y too =) I tried opera too. Mais j'ai vraiment été déçu des performances, pi du nombre de ram qui bouffait... J'pense qui prennait autant, sinon plus que ff. |
