dude it's a fucking awesome show! Dialect told me about it last year, but I didn't check it till a couple months ago.. I was sick in bed with a bad flu, so to kill time, I just downloaded every episode and watched em all.

and the interesting thing, to me at least, is that a lot of the shit you in that show... crazy motherfuckers in Mexican meth cartels, etc etc, really is happening down there right now, only wayyyy crazier than anything on TV

I was just reading in the news about one of the cartels down there called La Familia. it's this bloodthirsty Christian fundamentalist crystal meth cartel that basically control the entire state of Michoacán in Mexico. Mayors and cops and journalists are paid for and owned by them 100%. just puppets, and have to do exactly what they say. Mexico is well out of control now. pure carnage
