secoundly, for the one teilling that funker vogt is not industrial... wath is industrial music for you? and for wath i know TERRORFAKT you can not ask more industrial than that. "broken jackhammer (speedcore)" hehe like that one... so for the one that want to know more about this show, not just juge it [ funkervogt.kao-production.com ] and just like that greyroom... ever saw them live? scare of the 3 big german guys with big tattos...? ;) |

Industriel pour moi c'est d'abord Throbbing Gristle, puis les trucs plus récents dans la vague "noise rhythmé": Winterkälte, Brighter Death Now, Synapscape, Imminent [Starvation], Converter, Iszoloscope, Morgenstern, Mürnau, Eisengrau, Sonar, Dive, PAL, Pineal Gland Zirbeldrüse, Zymosiz, etc, etc. À LA LIMITE, Wumpscut (Music For A Slaughtering Tribe) peut être appelé indus. Mais maintenant c'est juste trop clean. Funker Vogt c'est du ELECTRO BODY MUSIC, rien à voir avec l'industriel. La tradition Front 242. J'ai rien contre, mais c'est juste pas industriel dans le sens original du mot! Du hardtrance vocal viril!?!? Le vrai industriel, c'est ce que les gens ont tendance à classer sous "noise". |

| Coolness: 201180 | and to throw more fuel on the fire I should point out that industrial covers a wide spectrum of music
Look at skinny puppy for instance, their mid to late 80's stuff was closer to synth pop, some of their later material was more on the rock side with more prominant guitar and such. I've heard industrial that is very close to techno, some of it is closer to ambient, some of it closer to raw noise. It depends on the artist and the direction they take it. |

but then again, even though it might be called ebm, funker vogt is still great music |
