Do you live above a restaurant ?

Yes I do ...... And I can't get insured because of that.

All insurance companies refuse to have me as a client because I live above a restaurant.

I need help finding an insurance company/broker, Thanks !!

So yeah.

Fortify your domain Bro.

6 inche6 nails thru a plywood plate under your windows.
Metal bars in windows that slide.
Fuckin draperies so your inside is not visible.
GOOD locks, cannot stress this enough.
2 points is even better.

Basically, Zomby proof your pad. you should be oka. it's hard to rob when badly maimed/wounded.

It's a fifty fity thing.
I mean, can't do shit about a fire, but you can shure as hell make shure you don't get robbed.
There's a lot more burglaries commited daily than burn down restaurants.

its not just restaurants, I used to live above a store and it was difficult finding an insurer. I think I ended up with either La Capitale ou Desjardins.
I'm feeling without mojo right now..

Sign up with a savings account at ING direct and select that they take out the same amount your insurance would take every month.

When you move out you'll realise you have saved thousands of dollars and nothing happened.

i dunno. I've been using them for a while, they give good rates and I'm actually making money instead of paying them to store my money. Also cuz they have the automatic retrieval and also because it takes 24h to take the money out so you don't spend it on crack.
