Fulgeance’s music is a perfect blend of huge, synth-laced French Electro and modern Instrumental Hip Hop. He takes club music into the realm of intelligent musical arrangements, yet always remains "dumb" enough to work the floor. He plays live via two MPC’s and is completely mind blowing to watch. His fast paced and energetic performance approach is a refreshing outlook from the 'head in your laptop' era. Fun and highly talented, this is a welcome return. ‘The Revenge of the Nerd’ is a perfect slice of his "Low – Club" Hip Hop and has been critically acclaimed internationally. FunkyFalz got known in all kinds of electronic music gigs. Eclectic, he introduce hip-hop sound, dub and funk. Going farther than just beatmatching hits, he resamples live all his new found sound and his personnal productions. When they first geared up to jam, Kodok (Ivann Uruena) and Archibald Singleton (Jérôme Guilleaume) were far from knowing that they would find such fun to play together. As the habit grew, they forged their sound around a mid-tempo hip-hop, full of subtle samples, melodic synths and powerful basses. Influenced by classic funk, electro pillars like Boards of Canada, Daft Punk, Amon Tobin, Chemical Brothers, soul music… Anything goes when it comes to samples. The LIVE set they play is always evolving, full of glitches and as they never stopped jamming, new compositions keep emerging each time they play. Primate (3' Pieds Sous Terre) - Dubstep
