those thing are personal and once you know what kind of tattoo you want, you go see some profesionnals also, they are plenty of tattoo forum with people who know what they are talking about, maybe you would have better chance there |

and there are tattoos no they are not the same you don't need to be a tattoo artist to make a design, true but if you want that tattooed on your body, i can tell you that tattoo artist know how to design your drawing so you don't won't be ashame of your tattoos 5 years later (well, good tattoo artist anyway, not those fucking posers who just tattoo for the money of it) Update » Daf wrote on Wed Aug 19, 2009 @ 10:12am that sounds wierd...

| Coolness: 159170 | Ok here's what : you get a general idea of what you want and any good tattoo artist will design it for you. That's what I did for mine recently.
I got there, talked to the guy, gave him a bunch of pictures for inspiration and a general idea of what I want, he called me back a few days later, went to see him again, saw his design, liked the general idea, gave him a bunch of stuff I didn't like, he changes a lot of stuff, came back a few weeks later after changing the design a couple of times, saw the final design, fully satisfied with the altered and final design, sat my ass of the chair and started getting inked. I figure that's how good tattoo artists proceed. Besides, I think nothing pleases a tattoo artist more than asking THEM to be creative about what they do. |
