 Coolness: 29040 | Well ladies and lads it is inevitable that 4x4 has absolutely smashed the scene lately, with names like Subfocus, Spor, Chase and Status, Dirtyphonics etc. all jumping aboard the bandwagon... Someone mentioned to me that Subfocus said in one of the newer K-Mags that 4x4 is the future of drum and bass and where most producers are headed (Don't quote me though)...
Whats your opinion on 4x4/shufflestep/swingstep/clownstep/whateverthefuckyouwanttocallitstep? I for one love the shit, as Alex knows, and am a big fan of the 4x4 tunes written by the artists I've mentioned above, as I think it's good to have a different approach to the somewhat generic sound of dnb at the moment, and love it when someone drops a 4x4 tune in the mix... |
