i have a tv tuner on my computer , and im looking for a video editing tool,
with time/frame editing, preferably non commercial and opensource, suggestions? something cool , like paint or someting (currently have cubase & blender but want something lighter) | |

I haven't found an opensource video editor that works properly yet. The best free ones are the ones that come with windows and mac computers (movie maker and imovie) | |
