| new milk crates don't fit records. The best thing is these storage containers from Ikea, they're 7-8$ I think, work amazing.

or check beurau en gros.
they some times have these plastic folder crates that do the job.
rubber maid used to have a line of storage containers called "studio"
and they were the absolute bomb, but i haven't been able to track those down in a few years.

| there is this used bookstore / record store on st. catherines (gay side) that has like loads and loads of the old classic milkcrates.. you can even get a red one a yellow one and a green one. 5$ each |

| how high is it then? I just measured my setup, and it's 3'4" from floor to tabletop, and I still occasionaly find it a little low and get back pains stooping when I mix for more than 2 hours.. |

| i don't know the name of the place off hand, but if are coming down st.denis and turn left on [ st.ca ] then it is on the right hand side of the street and only a few blocks up. :I and it looks mostly like a used book store with real high ceilings, like a warehouse. upstairs is a lot of bad records, the milkcrates are on the ground floor though. i will walk there soon and report back with more specific details. ;) |

| Never really measured it, but based on the IKEA specs it comes out to 4ft 9' (149 cm )
Probably about 5ft in height total if you take into account the size of the techs.
I am about 6 feet tall, works out perfect for me

| speaking of fags... the book store is 908 [ st.ca ] called coilsee du livres. has lots of milkcrates, on the right side when you enter. |
