We are two artists with two cats (coming from BC soon) looking for a creative professional or someone who would harmonize well with career-artists. To get a feel for who I am, you can see my website at [ www.aprilanna.com ] I have a large double room for rent for March 1st; has a west facing window that keeps the room well lit all day, pale blue paint with original white moldings. The place we live in was built in 1905, high ceilings, old fashioned bath tub in the bathroom (but the bathroom is small), wood floors etc. The place has it's quirks to be sure. The kitchen is large but we do lack counter space and shelving (but that is something I am working on as I have money for the improvements). We are limited to minimul cooking devices at the moment; I myself moved here with everything I could carry on my back from Mission, BC two years ago. We do have basic dishes we can share. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place, shared living room. We have a small backyard that in the spring and summer is covered in vines. The room is not furnished but is quite large. The room is $430 + share of hydro/water which is an additional $60 per month. We would be getting in the internet (we have internet but it is from the present room-mates renting that room) which we would want to split between the household.
