It was on La Presse today, there's a guide that tells you which fishies you should avoid, and which ones you can eat. For anyone interested, website is: [ www.seachoice.org ] It's cool, you can see which species are at risk of being overfished, and which ones are not good to eat because of mercury. There's lots of fishes we shouldn't eat though :( Ah well, if we don't eat those species too often, it shouldn't be that bad. |
