Arts & Crafts Sale to be apart of a "Happy Un-Birthday Party" Promo Day of The Art of April-Anna at L'Utopik When: December 7th, Friday; 10am-Closing Vendor Set-up is to be complete by 10am. You can close down any time after 5pm. Hand Crafters & Artists; come be my Vendors!! Cost: free for a space for one day, we just ask that you spend a bit of money on food & drinks at L'Utopik (80% organic) (I am going to try to work out a deal for the vendors to have a discount of some sort, I will let you know if I work this out). I have to figure out the table situation (if you have a small fold up table you can bring down with you, this would be ideal); I have to figure out the lay-out still based off how many people want to be apart of this. Space will be tight for everyone so I ask that you create a display that is compact; I will let you know what the space will be for everyone. If possible, please supply photos of your work when you apply to be a vendor; I will be selective based off quality and relevance to the environment. THE HAPPY UN-BIRTHDAY PARTY: In the evening we will have a party with DJ's, a Band and Games like Musical Chairs; I am working on getting LUtopik to donate some prizes for the games. Costumes encouraged, vendors encouraged to participate. WE still need to secure the band & DJ; Do you want to do this? We can pass the hat to collect cash and the money made on the bar after 8pm, 10% is given to the band/dj at the end of the night. PROMOTIONS HELP We need help with promoting this. Please help pass the word. I will make posters as soon as possible. Set-up help is also needed. There is no money so this is a collective volunteer effort. April-Anna |
