Coolness: 509505	Whoa, i just got some serious Deja Vu Did I start a thread like this already? whatever, Do any of you have any suggestions for good places to find nice lofts? Preferably one I could throw a party in, but not pay 1500+ to live in. I wouldn't mind paying 850$/month for a dump of a big room and then fix it up myself...

Coolness: 299270	1619 williams. thats exactly what they do. they give you huge crappy lofts and you fix it yourself. they'll even supply the tools and materials and possibly give u a rebate if u fix it up

Coolness: 56110	Mais à ce pris là chu pas sûre que tu va trouvé au 1619.... va faire un tour, ya au moins une quizaine de personnes de [ rave.ca ] qui y vivent ;) Et pour faire des partys... ça dépend, j'pense qu'ils ont eut quelques problèmes avec les voisins quand ils ont fait "after space gathering"... ça doit dépendre de l'étage où tu te trouve... ya déjà 3 ou 4 lofts qui sont aux gens de la scène... si tout le monde s'y met, dans pas long, le bloc au complet va être à nous... lol
