Latest piece of music I've made, this one is rather dark and get's fairly heavy although the bpm is at 135. I am pretty happy about how this one turned out, and hope to make more in the same style soon. Hope you guys enjoy, and feel free to leave comments and criticisms. [ rave.ca ] |

 Coolness: 127710 | Interesting tune.. very different from the usual stuff... I like it, props. Not sure about the samples.. the nature of the music kinda wants to let your mind do its own thing, perhaps the samples in the middle are too directive.. I think it would be a much deeper track without. theres also two parts, one at the beginning and one near the end where one of the snares doesnt sound like its eq'd properly with the kick and takes alot of weight out of the track, but its late and I cant blast it so I might be wrong. Other than that... Id really like to hear more :) -K |

| Coolness: 39915 | Thanks alot for the feedback ! I put up a new version with a revised intro and less samples as I agree it distracted from the content of the music.
James are you referring to the reversed beat sound or the modulated synth line that follows? |

 Coolness: 509505 | Stylistically: very nice, I like the vibe and the elements are all really complementative. The tracks never really takes off in any noticeable way, that is the result of making full on though, I always wait for the huge build up leading to a large and in charge sequence. If you weren't going for full on, this track is awesome, if you were... you may need an entirely new synth.
Technically: sounds like the fast paced high hat is too loud and the bass could have more umphf... otherwise solid |
