Very unfortunately, my sickness prohibited me from attending even though I'd been reallly looking forward to this one.
Let me know how it was.. and please be gentle

i just came back
attendance was pretty low (not really surprising)

Optic played some neat hard breaks
there was also this weird guy with sunglasses playing superharsh powernoise... didn't catch his name

and that's it for me
going to sleep

i don't understand what was the point of playing reggae at the beginning of the night

I just got back... yeah, the attendance was low. Not too many people on the dancefloor, not too many people anywhere. The music was REALLY good though. Im crackedout, as always. :( im gonna go sleeeeep.

that was one fun party.

i met lots of really chill people from NYC, i think it might be my next stopover since i learned stores sell alcohol 24/7 over there.

i got a cd that was worth 15 bucks. (hah !)

and some people need to relax their bottoms off, over-reacting aggressivly to silly situations.

just cause it's L'x people start getting into sumo skinhead ultraman fight mode

shut you, you suck

Renegade Virus are some cool dudes

i picked up 3 cds
sofar they're pretty representative of the music last night

basically "HardkoreRaggaJungleBreakoreFreeTekno mashup"

intangible dopeness

foodstamp's cd goes in every direction but it blends so well
there's this vicious track with ragga vocals praising hardcore

Fury8
female virus
she packing lots of heat
most enjoyable live set i heard sofar
and i'm not even a fan of hardcore

other highlights of the night
maskinn (for sparingly using french hiphop), Amok(?) & Nobody delivered

i demand more events like this one
eventually word will spread and people will stop only going to parties that their friends are throwing

although the attendance was low
events like this one where i hear so many styles meld into one set keeps me enthusiastic about the sounds of music

BIG UP SEMEN!

nter is a violent out-of-control meth-head.

he breeds a culture of violence, at least that's what i can tell from my suburban sanctuary.

Ayo!
All the Virus crew showed up xcept for Nakedslice. + there was a bonus appearance by Heartworm, representing the Digital Hardcore.
He forgot a boxfull of ATR cds at my place.
Don't know what I'm doing with it for now.
Might try to sell it around town and ship him the money.

We got low attendance, yea. 4 parties on one night... People will learn. Props to the people who realised a crew of 10 party kids from NYC are good to meet; and that actually showed up.
Still love all the rest of yous.

Soyfunk, I got mad promos from these kids for you, they fucking rule. Still can't believe it.
They all fucking made it, partied tight, slept for three hours in my small living room (big up to Galaksy for enduring the Stench) and left for TO for another gig that night. They should make it back to NYC to return the Van tonight.

That's a crew that fucking rules. No seriously tell me, do you know any other crew that would fucking hustle last minute rides (to gather all the extra people not making it in the van) to show up at the border, not knowing if they could get in (criminal records and shit), and play tight sets and be happy about not getting paid besides transport(for now, cause of the low turn out), and be all like ; Fuck man, let's do this again next month, can we come back?

BTW they all like Montreal, they are psyched about it. A bit less because of the turnout, but I hope they come back to a drug fenzy next time.

Big up to the ALT crew too holding it down for MTL. 1 speed bike is a killer composer. I definitly need to check out more of his stuff.
Maskin representing the french hip hop in a freetekno set! Werd.

Ayo thks to everybody that showed up. Means alot to me. Some friends even paid an extra 10$ to make sure we got by. I was moved. Serious. Big up to the slammin crowd.

The Virus crew peeps were all at my place for the week-end, what a party....
I missed 1,2,3 go because i was playing at Shalom's...
Great punch of stoners, good vibrations, i've never seen that much people hanging in my living room...
I played a ragga tag team home with that guy called NOBODY, t'was good.On the drumn'bass-jungle tip (when he's not playing ragga-breakcore like he did at that party),he sounds a lot like IDJ's Accomplice ; not too fast, hip hop induced, old school tunes...
Pure rastafari vibrations f¸= Nobody
All crew's members were pretty chill,t'was fun to have 'em around...

Thanks to Simon for hooking up those guys here
Thanks to Maskinn and Simon for throwing a party that's all about non-attittude and about freedom

All agains't Babylon
Good job guys .Thanks.

thanks to you seb for letting the guys at your place...

and for the info, simon and me aren't the only involved...

alt-crew is 6-8 people not always getting any promo but working hard since a while to make some space for other ways of partying. simon hooked us up with optic and kicked renegade's ass for them to come by. we were in touch with them since preparing summit of america, but couldn't managed to get together.

anyways we'll be throwing other parties soon with only local talents, maybe some kinda benefit for the money we lost on 123go or for going outside this spring-summer.

keep informed at [ alt-mtl.3boom.net ]
or right here.
