Glossy Or Not Glossy

 Coolness: 509570 | I see that most laptops come in either Glossy Screen or Not Glossy Screen. I could imagine the glossiness being TOTALLY annoying. But I need opinions here! |

glossy is easier to clean ~ matte picks up smudges more so i guess your screen is less shiny but maybe more smudgy just guessing here |

the color is usualy FUCKED... like too bright and shit... then you get you prints back and its not even close. just my opinion. but then again... i don't think i've ever worked on a properly calibrated monitor in my life? |

 Coolness: 201235 | Glossy is better for watching movies and shit, and playing video games, in a dark room. Matte is better for colour accuracy and it suffers from less glare. Gloss is kind of a cheap way to make the monitor seem more brilliant, you can get great ones that aren't glossy but they are more expensive. |
