 Coolness: 122260 | I've moved out and the person who was going to take my place has unfortunately copped on my old roomie.
So here's the deal: He's a chill aspiring musician always looking to collaborate and a university student. Chill guy who's got stuff going for him. The room is pretty big and sunny, only downside is there is no closet. The place is in the heart of NDG on Grand Blvd and Terrebonne. It's a 4 and 1/2 with heating and hot water included. The cost is 450$ per month (hydro, gas, phone, internet, rent is 340$) Landlord is cool, if not stupid across the street from the 103 bus (villa-maria direction) 10 minutes away 420 friendly no cats, no dogs artists and musicians are a plus Basically, a great deal. we've been there for 4 years and i'm sad to go, but gotta do what i gotta do. | Coolness: 122260 | ya we agreed about a year ago when he quit smoking to take it outside. it's a fair deal and we're only 1 flight of stairs up.
he smokes tha ganja and is always looking to further his music with like minded folks. very nice and quite easy to get along with. it's a shame that the person replacing me had to cancel at the last minute. anyway i wish him and any potentials the best :) |
