Bad Sushi?

| I just ordered the worst combination ever: brown rice, avocado, cucumber, carrots & red pepper... WITH MINT--> this is what kills the taste. Just wanted to share that. Don't allow them fuckers from sushi shop to add mint in your rollz. It's frustrating when you don't like wasting your money and have to force yourself to eat it. beuuurrrkkkkkkkk vomi |

| sushi shop is okay sometimes but it's too expensive for what you get.
Montreal needs some good cheap sushi joints... Toronto has lots, but montreal is still stuck in 1997. |

| there is this place on Fleury that I go to now a lot. I used to go to sushi shop but I find it is kinda like the Mcdonalds of sushi...not very much choice and the quality of the rice+tempura isnt very good. Its kinda old..
Anyways this new place I go to is called "Youkaku" they deliver and I get 15% off there because I go often hee hee. They have a HUGE choice of sushi, its insanely cheap and amazingly good quality food. Its really cheap mostly because of the deco of the place. It isnt very "pretty" like sushi shop, where you mostly pay for the deco. However they do deliver!! :) and they are quick. |

| For Vegetarians like me, YOU JUST GET SCREWED!!! Man 1$ a sushi for a peice of carrott, a tablespoon of rice and a lil sea weed... FUCK THAT!
I found a place in the west island (yes I work there. Ewwwww) called Maiko (on Des Sources) they make CHEAP veggie sushi! And they have quite a few types...
I still gotta master my ricemaking skills and make my own, but I'm a lazy fucker. |

The spring rolls r the best. With the rice paper? I wish more restaurants besides crap sushi shop would have those. |

Yeah I remember, It was really good (a lil far from my place :P ) but really good. Thoses spring rolls are really good too but they fill me up real fast!

Hey Joelle, that sounds really good!, we should get together some times with some of the ol' CSA peeps (like tony) and do a vegan sushi night... (alot of the CSA peeps are Veggy or vegan now too. ?? Crazy! ) |
