sup

there are presently

60 positions available for inbound c/s for rogers wireless.

30 positions outbound sales for rogers cable

20 for some other shit.

Also you get a cash bonus of 250$ if you get hired. but the catch is that they will do a draw to see who gets the bonuses. They hire internal referrences before they even touch the external.

Our insurance plans are awesome.
there are 2 plans
-1000$ or 2000$ a year for dental
-5000$ a month, divided into 400$ per category. (
massage, foot massage, acue-puncture, pschiaetry,
language courses, etc...)
-wife and kids are covered too
-accidental death and stuff is funeral covered, and
payout
- and more

The outbound building is at vendome metro, as for the inbound building- it is at laurier metro. Very nice, clean work environment. With a great staff. It is a company that does the outsourcing for rogers. Very nice cafeteria, vending machines, proper bathrooms, very secure building, nice area, and free coffe all day. Call me and i'll answer all ur questions.

Starting training paid for 3 weeks at 11.50$/h then more!!!! lots of cash bonus payouts for rogers. weekly

the other shit i don't know, but it is an inbound campaigne at laurier.

there is also a visa program, that pays alot more. I work at visa. It is a very prestigious campaigne. If you speak italian, portugese, or german. We need people. We are the language center for visa for the world!!!!

Call me if you want a job, and are serious. I will interview you, and decide wether i will referr you or not. If I don't referr you i will still give you the address, and you can say that you heard me talking to someone, and when they ask me. I'll say that ur cool. I think that's a reasonable way to go about it.

Don't waste time to think, apply at worst just don't take the job...... The worst thing to do is say you'll call me tomorrow.

p.s. please if this thread is low, post and bring it back up for me. I don't think i'll be near a computer for a while. It is in the best interest for this boards jobless people.

Payday is fridays, and for 11.50$/h about 750$ to 800$ every 2 weeks after taxes. The cash bonuses are also taxable.

From my own personal experience the Customer Service reps at Rogers mobility are poorly trained at best and lack the creativity to come up with rational rebuttals to justify their chronologically discriminating policy statements regarding cellular 'upgrades'. Consequently I was able to convince them into providing me with 3 mp3/bluetooth/video/camera phones (Motorola V635 x2, & Motorola V361 x1 ...each of which a 512meg transflash microSD chip, battery, charger, usb cable, and headphones) at cheaper than the advertised discount rate for 3 year plans and I've only been with them since last August. It's plausible that I had additional levarege in my negotiations due to the fact that I'm on a corporate plan however I'm more convinced that it was simply a result of my own relentlessness, refusal to be given the runaround, and my own work experience as a customer service rep. In either case I'm very pleased with my three mp3 multi-tools and look forward to negotiating another compromised discount with them in the near future for a Motorola RAZR v3i or perhaps even a PalmOne Treo 700 unless a superior, more reasonably-priced model comes out beforehand...

customer service dude, inbound, answering the phone.
training is 3 weeks, paid. people call and ask questions about there bill or what not, and you find them the solutions. i already got 2 people hired. if your not a complete idiot you'll get hired on the spot.

and is it possible that there is always someone with a negative response. get a life. you got your phone right, so then.
i'm offering people a job, this thread doesn't need negativity, only my number for people that are interested.

well it's business casual, they are not strict at all. your on the phone. the only reason is if the client of my company would drop by. let's say "rogers" would drop in we should look civilized. dude over there should cut hes hair if that's what your asking me.
but whatever. i say no white sneakers, or t-shirts that say fuck rogers and your good.
also lates and absences are not that strict. what they are strict on and will get you fired is security breaches. meaning leaving with personal info on a client ( credit card numbers) or answering your cell phone while on the production floor. also no call no shows when you don't come to work you must at all costs leave a message on the answering machine stating that you will not come to work. everything else is very hard to get fired. you must really want to get fired to get fired.

thank you, come again.

ps again please try to keep this message up for the next couple of days, i get 250$ for every person hired with my reference. ;)
and they get a chance to win 200$ as well. chances of winning are very high, there are alot of bonuses to be given out.

anyways i told you just call me for details if your interested. but it's pretty simple answer the phone listen to someone bitch. see what you can do, do it. follow up does the rest. you just write a report on what he's bitching about. basically anybody can keep this job.

How long is this hiring campaign going to go on for, or how many positions need to be filled?
Just asking because i'll need work once I move to montreal.
Did you say where the Inbound CS was located?
I may be interested... in putting $250 in your pocket. ;)

vinney you got it man
Update » goalien wrote on Thu Jul 20, 2006 @ 10:01pm
seriously if anybody asks me what's written again, i'm not referring you.
if you want more details like i said call me.
the only thing i didn't mention is for how long, but i don't think that's an issue, you should call as soon as your interested, training starts monday, and another class next monday, i think there will be a third class, but the sign at work said until the 26th. but it works by segnority, first come first pick- meaning you get to choose your schedule. days off, time, etc... if your low segnority you get the shit that's left, that's if you even get the job...

i just want to update don't email call.

there are presently

i really encourage all no-employed people to go work on a place like that!

yeah well tommorrow is sunday dude, your wasting you time., show up monday asap....

when miranda opens the door, tell her what we said, but ultimately say," sorry for bothering you jack told me you would be busy on mondays- so i won't take up your time i'll just leave my cv and you can call me unless you would like to make an appointement immediately..." that should work into getting you an interview with a floor production manager. then it's all you dude. i can only open the door, you have to give me the 200$ bonus (snickers) jj, good luck dude. again don't take it personally miranda has payroll on mondays so she's loaded with like 250 employees to fix up within like 4 hours...

peace...
