DIY - do it yourself.
what are you looking for? phat pants?
there are people in the scene who can MAKE clothes for ya, and it'll cost you much less than the sweden stuff + shipping, and you'll encourage local artists.

As namasté said, it depends what you're looking for. Like I remember the days of fun fur, when you'd go to a fucking material store and buy the most funky shit and make some huge pants outta them. 13 and raving?!

those criminal damage pants look sweet...

I too liked the clothes and the music for years befor I ever went to a party. You should wait to go to a party, enjoy your youth cuase parties are a different environment. Also you have to realise that by byeing these clothes you are going to loose your feet which can be good when you first start dancing but it is also what people find the funnyest about these cloths also if you were them for too long, the bottums of then can melt (cause they're always on the floor) and you will end up looking like a bum. some people say that 3/4 pants are the way to go with nice skate shoes... also very inportant is a ristband/ristbands and cute or handcore t-shirts. Try to find a independent desiner and do not go to hottopic... ok 47 used to make nice stuff but they seem to have switched to just girls stuff... it's good to ask around but a lot of the lables that we used to have in canada have gone out of bissness along with a bunch of web sites

Karmaloop used to have tones of the sort of thing your looking for but they have moved on to keep up with the direction of some scenes in north america.

they still have cool t-shirts though... Man I wish I had money these days...
anyway good luck, ordering from europe might be cheeper and who knows people might have some old cloths for you too.

All you need is a sewing machine. But I must admit, I haven't seen ridiculous pants in a while...
