| there was a big article on it like a year or so ago, and the people admitted it was fake cause they had an infinite number of lawsuits and investigations suspended over them. |

that seems unlikely.. most of the time when a lawsuit goes against a website, the first thing that happens is the site is taken down cause they don't wanna get in trouble..
