 Coolness: 40690 | Was invited to Freekick on CKUT yesterday, mixing a THX 1138 inspired set, exploring the dusty sounds of John Carpenter-era electronics, Dutch electro gems, vintage EBM, and teutonic techno. I uploaded the archive of the show, :
[ rave.ca ] It's a mix intended for the radio, so it's a little loose, thematically glued together with samples from THX 1138, with an emphasis on analogue synth tracks, eventually building into some stomping material in the latter half.
