Man, I never saw a sound guy having sooooo much trouble getting his shit together ;) I don't know what the hell was wrong with the sound system but this guy was coming and going in the DJ booth throughout my whole set hehehe. Not sure exactly when, but he eventually got his rig working. |

| They have lots of probs there with DJs screwin up the systems by trying to amp up shit too much too often into the red lines. Its a regular occurance there for them to have to retrofit the system to accomodate one of the amps getting fried. Theres a reason why most of the gear is out of sight and out of mind.

Don't they use a compressor/limiter at the chill to avoid such hassles? |

| that was the problem from the start that who ever was spinning on the friday night blew 2 amp's & 4 speakers. When i got to location it was trying to get thingz working again. The next event I will make sure thingz go one hell of lot better.

Mekkadom no unfortunately he didnt fix the rig during your set, he pushed me out of the way atleast 15 times during mine...at the end I was trying to light the dude on fire I was so pissed. |

| Kalan, i had the same problems.. He was under my legs durring my whole set.. acctually, not the whole set, when i first arrived, he wasn't there yet, but then again, the sound wasn't working at all either.. He might have been in people's way, but he fixed the sound from amost nothing, to rocking (when i left at least).. i think he's just picky and kept fucking around with it afterwards..
Ok, so yeah, thanks a ton Liam for having me out there.. sorry i wasn't into it a little more, but mixing for an empty venue, plus with the sound dood under my legs, i just couldn't feel it and i practically gave up on the mixing at one point, just to give the sound guy some space. I hope lots more people showd up from the time i left, cause things were starting to fill up.. :)
