 Coolness: 102775 | my friend just got the most interesting offer.... someone wants to paid him to go to another country (in this case, Russia Federation), to meet this girl. The deal is to marry her and bring her back here.
so really it's buying a canadian citenzenship. The reason is she wants to get out of russia. They have to live together for at least 3 years. He will be responsible for her legal status. Immigraton will stop by from time to time... would you? and for how much? |

 Coolness: 685600 | I think there are 2 main things that I'd probably be thinking about:
1 - is she hot, and does she realise she's gonna have to put out? 2 - does she do anything, drugs/drinking, that could get her in legal trouble if she got too innebriated and started some shit? I'd still have to get along with her to consider it, even though it's just "temporary", same tastes, etc.. As for cash-wise, it'd have to be really worth my while. I dunno what this kind of thing usually goes for but I'd deffinitley want a more than generous financial compensation. Also, is she gonna work for the 3 years she's here? Ain't no such thing as a free ride. If she isn't coming with a job or something, they'd better take into consideration that she's got rent and food to pay for and that's sure as hell not coming out of my pocket! |

You'd want to be comfortable with russian culture or whatever other country the person comes with before embarking on something like this... |

Canada is different, Immigration will come visit from time to time and see if there is like 1 or 2 beds, stuff like that. There are so many legal loopholes that one can be easily screwed. If you divorce her, then you'll be responsible for her welfare (paid her support). people are desperated to acquired citizenship. Promise (bullshit) poor working people citizenship for like 10 000$, pack them in a boat or freight container. You advance them the fee. When they get to the western hemisphere or industrialized nations, you make the women go into prostitution so they can repaid you, in addition they paid you for living quarters. All the others go to sweatshops or underpaid wage slave. Sad but true, these nefarious things happened. |
