smoke crack, you never go back.
I spoke to someone and he said he smoked crack once, and he still feels it in him, and wants it.

hi...

i wasnt gonna post anything but if this can be of help to you here we go...

I know a few recovering crack addicts, and getting sober for them wasnt easy. Getting sober from any addiction isnt easy. And very few do recover. It's true in a way that you never go back to being the way you used to be after being hooked on a hard drug, but it is possible to get sober and get your life back. you just gotta WANT it back. and its truly baffling how the addiction will, in most cases, even take over to the point that you wont believe another life possible.

Its been years since I quit, yet I still get massive post-withdrawal tremors every time I hear some groovy guitar riffs. Rock on!

Seriously, if you wanna experience an intense life-jeopardizing rush maybe try IV coke instead of crack. At least thats what the crazy kids tell me

yeah you literally get addicted to it the first time. Even if you didn`t like it your body will go nuts for it. Ì`ve never spoken to anyone who wasn`t addicted forever. If you try it you will be fighting the craving all of your life, no doubt. You don`t want to know how it feels. It is too intense, nothing will be able to equal up to it after that. if you plan on smoking it only once and succeed its probably only cause you have no money or people to get it from for a decent amount of time afterwards.
I remember people comparing how easy it was to get addicted to meth with crack. They are really wrong. Rock is 100 000 times more addictive then meth or heroine.

The first time I tried it, I wanted more. And guess what... more was available to me for free. Yay! No, not at all, in the long run. But I managed to do it for about a week, when I was 16 and then I stopped, got away from it and it was not all that difficult.
But then I used it again when I was 18 and used and used and used it... until I felt all used up and I was scared of the path I was on, not happy with it. Did not like what I was becoming. So I tried to get off a couple, if not more times, before I finally succeeded. Succeeded-- hah if I can call it that. It was rough, really rough, getting off of it. I never was paranoid on the drug, but when I was getting off of it, the paranoia started.
I spent days, if not weeks, in what felt to be a desert without water, for what seemed like a year.
The things that were going on in my psyche were hellish. There was alot of pain that I had not been dealing with, which was confronting me all at once. It was hellish for sure. Also, avoiding pain in my life had never been an issue for me. So it was quite overwhelming, in terms of acknowledging what I had become.

Every now and then I get cravings for it... but I stopped giving into the cravings so they, in some respect, have less effect over me.

I like how you put the above part, which I put in bold.
My friend who lost a piece of his left frontal lobe is always pushing for IV coke use. Shooting heroin is his first love.
