SIMPSON Associated Press Writer VATICAN CITY (AP) - Pope John Paul II underwent a successful tracheotomy operation Thursday to ease his breathing problems, the Vatican said, after he was rushed back to the hospital for the second time in a month, suffering fever and congestion. Surgeons inserted a breathing tube in his throat. A Vatican statement said the operation was finished ``in a positive way'' and lasted 30 minutes. But a tracheotomy will have serious consequences for the pope's abilities to carry out his duties. La plupart du temps il dit des trucs corrects, mais quand il parle de sexualité, eessh, perso jle trouve dépassé... Genre pas donner de condoms en Afrique alors que y'a plein de monde qui meurent du sida.... Faire l'amour juste quand t'es marié, c'est p-ê beau, mais c'est un idéal, la réalité est pas de même...
