The Future

What do you guys hope to happen in the future. Not specifically with yourselves cause we had that thread already but for the world in general.
One of the dreams that are higher up on my dream scale is one for a better environment. Ever since I was young I have always been a recycling freak. I hope that one day we will be able to recycle everything. Today we basically only recycle cans, bottles, newspaper and cardboard. Land fills are getting too big. I think we should be able to recycle plastic bags. They reduce air flow in the land fills inhibiting things to biodegrade. that is my hope for the future. |

my dream is that one day we have an ACTUAL democracy, and not the giant corporate rubberstamp we live in now.
with the advent of a truely democratic culture, the environmental issue could actually be addressed in a real and significant way, rather than the less-than-half-assed-kyoto-bullshit way the disconnected bureaucracies of neo-corporatism operate. did you know that we are running out of water? like seriously running out of drinkable water. and instead of building mad de-salinisation plants, we're building mad off-shore oil rigs. wtf? |

hmmm... the world... that's tough... but here goes:
i hope that sometime in the nearest-possible future, people will begin to understand the error of their ways (not to say that i havent made errors or anything). But that people will realize that ... FUCK! i dont know how to put it into words... its more of a feeling... a world-wide brotherhood sorta... i cant explain it... forget it |

i can, it's called LIBERTARIAN SOCIALISM.
it is the framework for a cooperative and democratic culture, without the unnecessary institutions and bureaucracies that, by nature, alienate and oppress us. coupled with an anarcho-syndicalist system of economic exchange, where essential production would match need, and surplus would match desire. it's not a utopian movement, but something that manifests itself everyday in the form of Temporary Autonomous Zones, a rave bathroom is an excellent (if somewhat absurd) example. I think that we should reach out more to our generation since like it or not, we are the future leaders of this world. We are the ones that still have the chance to change what's going on and we must not let that chance get away. |

i think that we as humans have become so wasteful and ungrateful about the world in which we live. if a comet ihit us tomorrow i wouldn't question for a second if we as a human race deserve this or not. |

I think the future of human kind is all about
communication ! maybe if we can communicate in a clearer way we might just stop fighting each other about the same things and people will regroup themselves instead of building army against each other... were seriously all in the same bag(not a bag of shutup tho :P) so we might aswell work all together for a better world. Maybe we should stop trying to be the best but instead finding a way to bring everyone to your level when you think that you might have discover something! I know that money is usually made by keepin the good stuffs for yourself and then sell it to those who cant do it ... but its a slow process only to boost your own economic or ego account! Together as one we are perfect! no ego to protect stop drowning every defect and start today by showing some respect! |

it's totally about communication.
when information isnt free, democracy is impossible. even bags want to live in a cooperative society. |
