Location: Bancroft, Ontario, Canada 525.6 km to go 488.7 km to come back ??? total 1014.3 km 11 1/2 hours driving 47 $ gaz hehehe small suzuki wow what a party, viva teknival... we left at 6pm and got there on Friday night around 12 am after driving on amazing ontario roads, 13 km in the forest, dirt road, broke the muffler and hit a rabbit that unfotunatly got away, damn, no dinner tonight hehehe. Found the F A K stage easely, got a cool welcome from Psycronik and the team. Set up the tents, lit a fire with wet wood and went for a trip into music. This party concept is verry cool, different from anything you can imagine. Sound systems everywhere. You dont like what you hear, you moove along to another stage and trip there for a while. Every possible styles where present People came from New-York, Toronto, Maine, Ottawa... and Montreal hard core and d/b. the only downside, nobody was there to represent the mtl psy scene. Sathurday was the real night, all the stages where done, all the people where there. The F A K stage gave us a real nice psy full on demented night. Psycronik was on fire, your sound system realy got peoples attention. Cant wait for next year, bigger and with Montreal friends this time. You can count me in for sure, Montreal has to be there. Gotta thanks my co-pilot oli for the 11 hours he spent with me listening to cds i missed the family at this party but we made a lot of new friends, new conection now well go party in Toronto this automn. |

fucking mouiller toute l'ostie de journée jeudi pis jeudi soir pis vendredi matin....When nature decides to test you...*lol* but we didn't let go hehehe soirée de vendredi....pleins de dnb vraiment relax pour commencer le festival sur notre bord.. le set a Tomm E pis a Brent, vraiment fort les gars..pis j'pense bin que Brent va faire partie de notre krew asteur hehehe grand phil man o man y fucking rock comme toujours fesait longtemps que j'lavais pas vue mixer des breaks pis du dnb vraiment un des meilleurs dj de breaks que j'connais. Après ça le acid Tek...timmy ya tuer ça...fesait genre 2 ans que j'lavais pas vue mixer du acid...ya pas changer,,,y fucking ROCK, après timmy j'ai mixer du acid moi aussi et avec une touch de mornin psy a la fin. rien de trop fou mais c'tait fucking niice le samedi....OH le samedi..plus en plus de monde rentrait sur le site...Peter a partit du old skewl goa pour bien commencer notre psy ngiht...vraiment relax,,caisiment toute du vieux flyin rhino style...vraiment bien partit la journée...le grand phil après ya mit du trance pis du hard trance pour pas nous tuer trop...encore la c'tait vraiment bon...Timmy vers les 11 a partit le gros full on de débile, c'tait tight vite et super clean (la le monde était partit fou tight sur le dance floor) moi j'ai embarquer a 1 heure du mat...j'ai partit ça avec un peu de trancy psy pis j'ai builder up o full on après 25 mins (j'tait vraiment soul pis super dedans) criss que j'ai danser comme un malade en arrière des decks hehehehe peter a rembarquer avec des bon vieux vynils jusqua 5 heures du matin et après on a fait mixer Reptillian et Psyrage le matin Le monde de TO...y sont tu chill ou quoi???? a chaque fois que kkun passait a coté de toi...un gros sourrire, ils vienne te jaser ça...le TEknival pour la VIBE c LE PARTY..no fucking joke ostie que j'en ai rencontré du monde fucking correct bon ma review c a peu près ça j'veux dire un GROS MERCI a Kikea pour avoir amené ça Van pour le set up, PHIL pour la génératrice, Timmy,Ma blonde et mel pour le transport, Ranya,Tomm E,Brent,Matt,Peter,cline,Alex,iza et SURTOUT a JF,ollio et gab pour avoir descendu de mtl pour nous supporter (y'avait pleins de monde de mtl mais pas pour le psy hehehe) définitivement on fais un criss de gros stage fou tight labas l'année prochaine avec du monde de mtl qui choke pas j'espère *lol* so F.A.K fucking represent mofo's on se voit a Total synesthesia |

| Coolness: 74015 | well, I wanted to do a full review but I will finally just say that it was an awsome party due to the diversity of music and people.
The teknival was a village, a big village. It was very impressive to see what anarchy leads to... lot of sound system every where. Even very far from downtown... The different crews brought really nice sound systems. The [ rave.ca ] and [ psyfreaks.ca ] people were missing for sure. I listened to a lot of very interesting music. There was this guy, i called him "l'amuseur de foule!" in the middle of the village jaming with his synth on psytrance tracks. They made a show, i mean a show! I think it was called "Psyentists" or something like that, they wore big surgery clothes but with psychedelic paints on the back. It was amazing how they transformed the tracks... There was also very good hardteck, d&b, nice toilets digged in the soil (it should be always like this! no cost and efficiency), lakes, river, best acid since several years (I love fractals!). People were often talking about music. Good place to know new people and make new connections. Lovely girls. Finally it was really nice to know Manu from FAK, Rayana, Tim... the FAK stage was really nice and Manu, Tim and Reptilian rocked the dancefloor. I would have stay there a few days more... |
