| i've been working in the "du parc-sainthubert/sherbrooke-montroyal" area lately, to realize it had became really simply TACKY.
all those cheap suburban yuppies moved in trading popular accents for high-pitch ones, dressing all the same way thinking that just living on the plateau makes them classy,
but it's all new blocks, lowcost material houses to stack the idiots better for 1000$ a month.
but you know what? your 2$snobism made the real guys that once attracted people to this neighborhood migrate to somewhere they would be left alone.

| My urban geography teacher had a theory that people flock to areas that are first inhabited by large homosexual populations.. He said often they are the first to discover what areas will become hot in the future and begin the gentrification process using their above-average disposable income...
