COCAINE TO BLAME

Roman Andreichikov was the author of his own demise.

I think ingestion of cocaine was the cause of his death, not the use
of a Taser on him by a Vancouver police officer.

Studies of the Taser show it is less than lethal force and does not
cause death.

There have been several incidents where people high on cocaine died
when police tried unsuccessfully to control them by conventional methods.

If Andreichikov had managed to jump out of his window, people would
have wondered why the Taser wasn't used to control him.

People high on cocaine can possess inhuman strength. And it's easy to
second-guess people when they act under stress.
