HARPER HINTS HE MAY HAVE TOKED IN HIS HEART, BUT NOT HIS LUNGS

Quebecois leader Andre Boisclair did it as a Quebec Cabinet minister.
After his get-tough-on-drug-crime announcement on Saturday,
Conservative leader Stephen Harper was asked: "Have you ever tried
drugs?" and his response suggests either a quick wit or quick study.
"In terms of whether I've ever tried or been tempted [to smoke
marijuana]? In terms of tried, I think you know that I've said before
that I'm asthmatic. I cannot smoke and have never smoked anything,"
Mr. Harper said. "In terms of temptation I will leave any comment on
that to my dialogue with my maker."
