| I've spent the last 18 months with a friend who is battling his speed addiction, he's doing very well, but didn't really even contemplate changing till I confronted him and told him I cared about what he was doing with himself and told him I couldn't hang with him anymore unless he tried to stop. He says to this day that if I hadn't have tried, he would still be on it. His life is getting back to normal slowley, but his motivation sometimes lacks.
So I sort of believe that anybody can change anybody, it all depends on how they view the person whose trying to change them.
