| they will tell you to pee in the toilet a little first then fill the cup with the end of your pee, but instead pee in the cup first and then let the end go int he toilet. the beginning of your piss is less concentrated so they'll be less likely to find anything. |

Ish, with blood test you are doomed.
Some drugs stay in the blood for all it cycle ( 7 months) :( I wish you good luck tho, never know. |

| ashtray, ya... I'm drinking between 2 to 3 L of water everyday, eating nothing but good food and doing lots of sports. Trust me... I've been going to the bathroom pretty often each day.
